1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories
- Hijabs & scarves
- Innerwear or body-contact items
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-stitched or altered products

4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
- A&H Modest Wear is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos as proof.
After verification, we will:
- Provide a replacement (based on availability), or
- Offer a store credit/refund as applicable.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
- Quality issue approved by our team
Refunds are provided as:
- Store credit (preferred and fastest)
- Bank refund (may take 5–7 working days)
No refunds are issued for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Non-returnable product categories
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available:
- Only for size issues
- Only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Based on product availability
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
